We started down this road to give people the traditional taste of Romanian pies and, at the same time, health in every bite. That is why we work only with natural ingredients and add no sugar: the sweetness comes from fruit and from patient baking, not from a sack. The pie that comes out of the oven today tastes the same as the one from thirty years ago.
